Contribute actively to the development of setral® as Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Baden-Württemberg.
Your tasks:
- Providing technical advice and support to our customers and prospects
- Identifying, qualifying and prioritizing target accounts and projects using a structured and strategic approach
- Responsibility for sales and budget
- Clarifying customer/market-specific requirements for our products
- Identifying market potential and market changes
- Participation in trade fairs and product training at customer sites
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as product management, R&D
Our requirements:
- Degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or a comparable degree; completed technical training or commercial training with extensive technical knowledge; experience in selling products that require explanation (ideally lubricants)
- Commitment, assertiveness and an outgoing personality
- Independent and reliable work and a high degree of self-motivation
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Very good MS Office skills and experience with CRM systems
