Actively contribute to the development of setral® as area sales manager (m/f/d) for Rheinland-Pfalz, Hessen und Saarland.

Your tasks:

• Providing application-related advice and support to our customers and prospects
• Identifying, qualifying and prioritizing target accounts and projects according to a structured and strategic approach
• Responsibility for sales and budgets
• Clarification of customer/market-specific requirements for our products
• Identification of market potential and market changes
• Participation in trade fairs and product training at customer sites
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as product management, R&D

Our requirements:

• Degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or a comparable degree; Completed technical training or commercial training with extensive technical knowledge; Experience in selling products that require explanation (ideally lubricants)
• Commitment, assertiveness and an outgoing personality
• Independent and reliable work and a high degree of self-motivation
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Very good MS Office skills and experience with CRM systems
