our new development FLUID-setral-STG 320 Plus
Conveyor chains in biaxial film stretching lines are exposed to extreme conditions, there, the plastic film is stretched at high speeds and high temperatures. The selection of a suitable chain oil is essential, since neither a disturbance to the chain running nor damage of the foil by contamination with the lubricating oil must occur. With our new development FLUID-setral-STG 320 Plus with the most modern formulation it is far superior to other chain oils.
At constantly temperatures of 200°C, our product can lubricat for up to 100 days without varnishing. Special additives promote rapid creeping and penetration into the bolt gap without being thrown off the chain. The selected composistion of FLUID-setral-STG 320 Plus is compatible with common film materials without causing any film tears.
